Aileen Jenner concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, labor and employment and immigration law including business, family and consular practice. She has been successful in obtaining business visas for executives and managers, for employees with specialized knowledge and for those with extraordinary ability, as well as TN visas and treaty investor visas. She also practices in the areas of legal permanent residence/green cards and citizenship. She has served as attorney for creditors and debtors in bankruptcy reorganization cases and represents both employers and employees in labor and employment matters.
